Our fall football program is for kids grades 3rd-6th. By completing this registration, I electronically sign that I the parent or legal guardian of the child registered hereby acknowledge that I am releasing Centerpoint Sports Association, their officers, coaches, and volunteers from any and all kinds of damage, loss or injury, known or unknown, which may be traced directly or indirectly to my child's participation in the Centerpoint Sports Program. This organization is not part of the Centerpoint School District or sponsored by it.
