The Eastern York Recreation Authority was formed in 2018 to jointly operate educational, recreational and sports programs and facilities to economically meet the present and future parks and recreation needs of Hellam Township, Lower Windsor Township, and Hallam Borough residents. 

Our goal is to operate, strengthen and expand the community recreation programs formerly provided by the Hellam Recreation Commission.
