Flag Football is a vital and exciting part of the Frank Mullins Youth Football Program, offering young athletes a safe, fast-paced, and inclusive way to learn the game of football. Our flag football program is designed to teach fundamental skills such as teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and football IQ—without the physical contact of tackle play. It allows players of all experience levels to develop confidence, agility, and game awareness while having fun in a positive environment. Flag football serves as both an excellent introduction to the sport for beginners and a critical foundation for athletes who may advance to tackle football in the future. At Frank Mullins Youth Football, we believe flag football builds strong athletes, sharp minds, and lasting character—on and off the field.

Cheer is an essential and empowering part of the Frank Mullins Youth Football Program, promoting enthusiasm, teamwork, leadership, and school spirit. Our cheer program provides young athletes with the opportunity to develop confidence, coordination, discipline, and strong communication skills in a positive and supportive environment.
