Volunteer signup is handled on signup.com.  Shifts are posted as soon as we are able to, however, tournament registrations and schedules need to be finalized before we publish any available shifts to ensure effective use of everyone's time.  Parents will receive an email from their coach with a link once shifts are available.

Parents must submit a $250 volunteer deposit at the team meeting night.  Parents will need to sign up for 12 hours per player with a maximum of 24 per family.    If a family does not work the entire allotment of hours the deposit is cashed.

Volunteer opportunities include working in the concession stand and field prep at weekend tournaments.  There is also a need for parents to work in the concession stand during weeknight league games and over Windmill Days.

There may be hours added in the next couple of weeks, especially over Windmill Days.  The tournament schedule for that weekend is not set yet.  I cannot create enough hours for parents to fulfill their required commitment solely during their home tournament.
