Parents,

We are a week into the practice season and looking good so far. I have had a lot of parents asking me about game schedules. Those will come from MIYFL when they are complete. It might be another week or so as teams are trying to find their totals and some teams are just starting practice tonight. We should have everyone fitted with all gear at this point. Many of you will be in full gear tonight or tomorrow night. Please allow the boys a couple nights in their helmets to get use to them before you try to switch out. The heat and wear will loosen them a bit after a few practices.  If you need to exchange any gear or need mouthpiece, chinstrap, etc.. we will be in the small gym right after practice(7:15) tonight to get you what you need. We will also be handing out the camp t-shirts if you were not at last night's last camp. We also ordered some Riddell cloth masks for players if they would like one. They can be worn at school, practice, and/or games under there helmet. When they need to put in mouthpiece they can slide down on chin and back up when not in play. These are not mandatory but are recommended and we ask that if you pick one up tonight that you put their initials or name on inside with permanent marker so we do not get any mixed up between players. They are washable and sturdy.

 

Please note- We are aware that a handful of you are not getting emails and we are trying to figure out why because your email is confirmed. PLEASE always check TJF Facebook and website as we constantly update those.
