NO TOLERANCE POLICY - PLAYER

UNION GROVE YOUTH BASEBALL (UGYBA) HAS INSTITUTED A NO TOLERANCE CONDUCT POLICY.  THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL LEVELS!

PLAYERS:

1. WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY KIND OF YELLING AT ANY INDIVIDUAL OR UNSPORSTMAN LIKE CONDUCT.

   1. You will get one warning for the season.  Severe offenses can result in game suspensions or removal from the UGYBA Program.

   2. Second offense you will NOT play for a minimum of one half of one game of which you will be present in uniform.  Severe offenses can result in multiple game suspensions or removal from the UGYBA program.

   3. Third offense will go before UGYBA Board for your removal from the program.

2. WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY KIND OF ABUSIVE/OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOR TOWARDS ANY OFFICIAL.  THE OFFICIAL HAS THE LAST WORD.

   1. You will get one warning for the season.  Severe offenses can result in game suspensions or removal from the UGYBA Program.

   2. Second offense you will NOT play for a minimum of one half of one game of which you will be present in uniform.  Severe offenses can result in multiple game suspensions or removal from the UGYBA program.

   3. Third offense will go before the UGYBA Board for your removal from the program.   

3. WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE OR GESTURES.

   1. First offense will result in immediate removal from the game and you will sit out for minimum of the equivalent of one complete game in which you will be present in uniform.  Severe offenses can result in multiple game suspensions or removal from the UGYBA Program.

   2. Second offense is immediate expulsion for the remainder of the season.

4. WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY THROWING OF EQUIPMENT.

   1. You will get one warning for the season.  Severe offenses can result in game suspensions or removal from the UGYBA Program.

   2. Second offense you will NOT play for a minimum of one half of one game in which you will be present in uniform.  Severe offenses can result in multiple game suspensions or removal from the UGYBA program.

   3. Third offense will go before the UGYBA Board for your removal from the program.

       

      THE UNION GROVE OFFICIALS, COACHES AND THE UGYBA PROGRAM AS A WHOLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENFORCE THIS POLICY AT THEIR DISCRETION. THE UGYBA BOARD RETAINS THE RIGHT TO INTERPRET AND CHANGE THE POLICY AT THE THEIR DISCRETION AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

       

      ANY UNSPORTSMAN LIKE BEHAVIOR SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE UGYBA COMMISSIONER.
