UGYBA Website/Registration Instructions

1. The UGYBA website will contain additional information besides just a registration tool.  It is recommended you browse around the site before you register.  The website is located at https://clubs.bluesombrero.com/ugyba

2. Please NOTE BEFORE you register:  A players league will be determined by the players current grade level.

3. Once ready to register, Click the link “Register for the 2023 Season Now” or click the tab Registration Info, then Baseball.

4. There will be a description of the program as a whole and you may see details for each of the five league levels we offer.  Click Register now for the league level you wish to register for.

5. You will be taken to a separate Dick’s Team Sports HQ page to create your family account.  Enter your info and click Create Account

6. Follow the steps within the Dick’s Team Sports HQ registration process, starting with primary parent/guardian info

7. Next is new participant(s) information (picture not required) – to enter multiple participants click the +New Participant button on the bottom.

8. Third, select the program you would like to register the player for and hit continue

9. Answer all the questions related to the program you chose.

10. After player(s) program questions have been answered, review your selections and click continue.

11. Enter payment information and continue.

12. Again review order and submit payment.  You will be taken to a generic account page.

13. At any point before confirming payment you may click back to my account in the top left to suspend your registration.  At that point you will be taken to a generic account page.

14. Once at the generic account page you can see account details, see participant(s) info, review placed orders, etc.  At this point we are not sure if we will be using any of the other functions on this account page i.e.: calendar, volunteer roles, messages. 

15. Once done reviewing the generic account page, click home on the bottom left to return to the UGYBA Website Page.

16. If you submitted payment for a league you will receive an email with important information and a receipt.
