OSYSA Moves to US Soccer Carding system

Beginning June 2018 Ohio South has moved to a unified carding system (Stack Sports) in line with US Soccer. The benefits are that you will be able to use the same registration each year, your son or daughter will be assigned a unique FIFA ID, and this should reduce paperwork for both you and your coach.

Traditionally, Coaches would gather documents and submit to the Leagues in order to card players for the season. Now, Parents will need to register their players, upload the required documentation and digitally sign the registration forms.

This page will host some helpful hints for the registration process so that it goes as smoothly as possible for you.

Password requirements are at least 8 characters, at least 1 capital letter and at least 1 special symbol
Photo upload requirements: clear, color, face only, no hats, sunglasses, face paint, taken within last 6 months, no other faces in photo, size must be 200 pixels high by 150 pixels wide. Crop and resize photo prior to uploading see the link to the right on how to crop and resize using picresize.com
If you are unable to scan a Proof of Birth record, a cellphone photo is acceptable, The upload must be at least 1000 pixels by 700 pixels and the details must be in focus.
If your son or daughter is "playing up" in an age group, you should still register as age appropriate. We will move players based on the coaches roster selection. If the details you enter do not match the Birth Record your card will be rejected.
