Process

To be eligible to try out for a team, all players (existing and new) must register for tryouts.  Tryout registration opens on March 28.  There is no charge to register for tryouts for an existing team.  All players (returning or new to Concord Soccer) will first need to create a user accounhere before registering for tryouts -- we are migrating our systems to a new platform that requires current players to create new accounts.

Once you receive your confirmation email from tryout registration, please forward it by email to the head coach of the team in which your player is interested.  Coach biographies and contact information can be found at www.concordsoccer.com under Programs and Representative Program.

Coaches are able to notify all players, either returning or newcomers, for the upcoming year, beginning April 1.  Once the coach notifies a player and his/her family of their interest in having them join the team, the process for facilitating the mutual acceptance is as follows:

  1. Coach notifies verbally (in person or via telephone) of their invitation for the player to join the team.

  2. An acceptance email will be generated, which will officially invite you to join the team.  To accept, families are required to pay the appropriate acceptance installment to confirm their commitment.  Families are required to complete this process within 3 calendar days of the acceptance email being generated in order to maintain their roster spot invitation.

For more information about Concord's Representative Team program, please consult the Representative Team Guidelines, which can be found on the website under Programs and Representative Teams if you are logged into your user account.
