Football conditioning is a combination of physical, mental, and tactical preparation to help players meet the demands of the sport. It involves developing skills like strength, endurance, agility, speed, and flexibility that are specific to football.

Location: Kiwanis Park, 586 Sloop Point Loop Rd, Hampstead, NC 28443

Days: Aug 5th - 9th

Registration 6:00 - 8:00

Clinic begins promptly at 6:00

We would advise you to bring anything that you would normally bring to a training session including your water bottle or anything else you may need to keep yourself hydrated and in top performance condition. Cleats or running shoes are preferred.

Football Development Clinics II (July 29- 30)

These clinics are designed for football players looking to improve their game this summer. Campers will have the opportunity to learn from experienced staff. Instruction will include offensive and defensive position drills, athletic development, and competitive play.
