Additional Training Options with Pitch2Pitch

Pitch2Pitch is now offering different programs for all levels and ages!

Players and families looking for additional training options should consider the one of the following program offered by Pitch2Pitch.

Rookie Program
Ages 7 to 10 years old
Have fun while learning the fundamentals of baseball
Program Length: 5 weeks on Sundays
Session Time: 45 minutes
Class/Trainer Ratio: 6/1

Academy Program
Ages 10 to 14 years old
For those that know the fundamentals of baseball, but want something more advanced
Lesson Time: 1 hour 
Class/Trainer Ratio: 4/1

Base and Core Velocity

Build elite delivery patterns more quickly and sustain them longer using advanced training methods. Learn more ways to condition, strengthen, and recover the body to be at your athletic peak. Baseball specific strength training with an emphasis on velocity and power production. On-Ramp your arm to prepare for the season and increase arm strength to gain a competitive edge. Age based program design and variable implementation based on seasonality of players. Year round arm care, arm maintenance, workload tracking, and program variability option. Hitting Velocity
 Hitting program focusing on increasing exit velocity, bat speed, and optimal approach angle while having a customizable program that is unique to each hitter. Contact Zach Hoffmann with questions. [email protected]
