SOUTHERN SOCCER ACADEMY KINGS have announced on Saturday, December 21st that the club have made Symone Cooper their next signing for the club’s upcoming WPSL season. The former Lady Chiefs youth player came through the academy and is currently with Murray State University, Kentucky, who ended the season with an 11-8 record. Cooper is a current team-mate of King's signee, Isabel Heckman.

Cooper also thanked her former youth club for their part in her development. "I would like to thank the whole McNab Family of Chiefs FC for continuing to help me improve my game and truly become the collegiate I aspire to be. They helped me get to Murray State University where I currently play". Cooper's commitment for the WPSL season shows the strength of players within the Atlanta Soccer community.
