What You Need For 2019 Tackle Football Registration:


When you come to the park you will need:

*HOLD CHECKS FOR EQUIPMENT & VOLUNTEER DUTIES:

You will need 3 valid bank checks for equipment rental and volunteer duties. 
If you do not use checks, your bank can print you some with your account
information on it. These are given back to you once we receive the equipment back at the end of the season,
and all your volunteer duties are completed. You are required to do 2 volunteer duties per child. 

The hold checks should be designated as follows:

(2) $50 checks for volunteer duties (help with concession/gate)
(1) $150 check for equipment rental
*Checks will only be cashed if your commitments are not kept and/or equipment is not returned*

THERE IS NOW A 2ND OPTION REGARDING VOLUNTEER DUTIES. YOU MAY DO THE HOLD CHECKS AND VOLUNTEER, OR YOU MAY PAY $50 AND OPT OUT FOR THE SEASON.

*BIRTH CERTIFICATE

You do not need this in order to register, however if your athlete did not play at Bill Arp in 2018, you will need to turn in an original, certified copy of his/her birth certificate.  NO PHOTO COPIES ACCEPTED.  This must be turned in or your child will not be able to be certified with the league, and unfortunately will not be able to play. Your birth certificate will be kept for 2-3 weeks, then returned to you.

$150  May 1st - May 31st 

$175  June 1st - June 30th 

$200  July 1st going forward
