President

BMSC:

Our current President, Chris Spangler, has resigned his position as BMSC President. We would firstly like to thank Chris Spangler for all of his hard work and dedication to BMSC over the last 2 and a half years. Chris has helped guide our club in a positive direction over the last 2 years. We hope to continue to grow our club for our players, coaches & families as Chris Spangler has done for BMSC. Again, Thank you for your time and all you have done Chris!

To keep the club moving forward into the fall season with the vacant President position, This position was filled by a majority of the Board of Directors in a vote. Donald Nettles will be the current BMSC President and shall serve in such Officer position until the next annual meeting of Participating Members.

President duties are as follows (among others) :
1. Conduct the general meetings and the meetings of the executive board
2. Shall vote at executive board meetings only in the event of a tie except where otherwise provided in the club’s bylaws.
3. Shall appoint a member(s) with the approval of the Board, to act as members of the standing committees, and/or chairpersons.
4. Shall create Special Committees as may become necessary for the good of BMSC and shall
appoint a member(s) with the approval of the Board, to act as members of the Special Committee, and/or chairpersons.
5. Shall be an ex-official member of all standing committees.
6. Shall attend League meetings.
