Youth Baseball Day at the Pirate Game
We are inviting all Avonworth baseball players, coaches, and family members to a Pirates game against the Tampa Bay Rays on June 23rd at 1:35pm.
Last year we had an amazing turnout, with over 250 tickets purchased by Avonworth Baseball families! Avonworth Softball is also participating this year so we are expecting another great event for the Avonworth community.
Discounted tickets range from $22 to $46 and are preloaded with a credit to be used for food and beverages ($10 lower level / $5 upper level).

Pro-tip
Weather for day games at PNC Park can be unpredictable throughout the summer. The first base side of the field is recommended as the seats tend to be in the shade. Also, double-letter seats are generally covered to help protect you from both the sun and rain.
Access to Field/Concourse
Players and coaches will wear their Avonworth gear and will be recognized on the field before the game. Everyone will meet at the cul-de-sac at the end of Mazeroski Way at the Right Field Entrance at 12:20pm, where players and coaches will be given wristbands in order to gain entrance to the field. Players and coaches will then enter the field between 12:50pm - 1pm.
After the players and coaches parade around the field they will return back to the cul-de-sac and enter into the ballpark. They will not need their tickets, as their wristband will be used to enter the right field ticket gate. Parents are advised to meet their children at the playground next to the ticket gate.
FAQ
Q: What if I already purchased tickets for this game?
