WHEN DOES REGISTRATION BEGIN/END FOR TRYOUTS?
Registration for any particular tryout begins once the tryout is posted online. Registration ends for any particular tryout 1 day prior to the start date of the event unless all spaces in a particular age/grade level become full first. Final Rosters will be readily available via email as well as online as soon as the decision process has been completed.

WHERE CAN I GO TO REGISTER?
You may register online 24 hours, 7 days per week. In person registrations are subject to a “first come first served basis” so please contact us immediately if you need this option. If there is a change it will be noted on the website.

CAN I MAKE A PARTIAL PAYMENT TO SECURE MY STUDENT ATHLETE'S SPOT AND PAY MY BALANCE AT A LATER TIME?

Partial payments will be accepted on a case by case basis and in person only. Partial payments must be at least 25% of the balance at the time the payment is taken. All partial payments are non-refundable and all balances must be paid PRIOR to OUR FIRST event.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payments can be made online by credit or debit card.  In person payments can be made by cash or money order. NO CHECKS. 

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND ONCE I HAVE PAID FOR MY STUDENT ATHLETE TO PARTICIPATE WITH T.R.U. ELITE? 
All partial payments are non-refundable and all balances that have been paid in full will only be refunded within 5 days of the initial registration unless the fees were paid within the last week of registration, in this case NO REFUND is available. Refund request must be submitted to T.R.U. ELITE via email and are subject to our directors review and final ruling. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ONCE THE SEASON HAS STARTED.

DOES MY STUDENT ATHLETE GET TO KEEP HIS/HER UNIFORM?
Unlike most other AAU organization, T.R.U. Elite allows our player to keep their uniforms at the end of the season.

HOW MANY BASKETBALL TOURNAMENTS WILL MY STUDENT ATHLETE PARTICIPATE IN?
T.R.U. Elite guarantees at least 12-15  youth basketball tournaments for your student athlete with EVEN more events in the working for the summer of 2013.

WHEN WILL I KNOW MY SCHEDULE FOR AN EVENT?
Schedules to any particular tournament should be readily available online 2 days prior to the start of that event. Directors and/or coaches will be emailed the schedules also.

DOES IT COST TO GET INTO AN EVENT?
YES,  Players & children under 5 years old are usually  FREE. ALL OTHERS patrons are usually charged the given admission rate for the particular event. NO REFUNDS.  ALL PATRONS are governed by the rules and regulations of the facility the event is being hosted at.
