• If you are registering your child please click on  "Log In" or "Register" in the top right corner.  Once you have registered, you will be able to sign up your child.
  
  There are 2 ways to pay:
  1. Credit Card - Visa/Master Card
  2. Cash or Check - if you select this method, you will need to bring your payment to one of the onsite registration days.
  
  ALSO: When registering online, you will need to bring your birth certificate and school enrollment form or 3 proofs of residency to 1 of the onsite registration days.  We will have a separate line for birth certificate and residency drop off.

  Player Registration Dates
  Online Registration is Open starting November 13, 2025
  On-site Paperwork turn in:
• January 13th, 2026 @ 5:00pm -7:00pm
• February 3nd, 2026 @ 6:00pm - 8:00pm
• February 26th, 2026 @ 6:00pm - 8:00pm
  All  dates to take place at Miller elementary

• The Draft will be Sunday, March 1st, 2026 @ St. Johns 1:00pm - 5:00pm
  
  For each participant to be registered, please bring one proof of age document, such as a birth certificate or other original document issued by the state, federal or provincial registrars of vital statistics.
  Please also bring one item from each of the three groups
  
  
  
  
  
  Also Required: 
• All players and a parent or legal guardian must read and sign a Concussion Information Form. 
• Must complete a Medical Release Form
• Sign a Player Verification Form

Volunteer Check: A separate $250.00 check post dated to July 31, 2026 will be collected for each player you register. It will be returned at the end of the season upon fulfilling volunteer obligation. (3 hours per player)
