Field Conditions

Field conditions are not updated during off-season.

Field conditions will be updated for season use only in the "Fields" section of the website on days that fields are in use for practice or games. Be sure to click on Handley park fields for specific details about field conditions. Do NOT try to push water off the fields because this will push mud off which will cause the lips to build up again. Do NOT have BP on the field if the plate is wet.

If practices are cancelled due to rain, your coach will let you know. If games are cancelled because of rain, we will alert the coaches, then they will reach out their players. We will also put game cancellations for Handley Park only on our social media accounts of Twitter, FB and Instagram.

The addresses for other fields are listed on our website. Their league manager will let TYBA know if games at their fields are cancelled or postponed due to weather as soon as that information is available. Then, that information will be forwarded to the Head Coach who will reach out to their team.
