Amazing opportunity and experience for Mako Soccer Club coaches Altimont Freddie Butler, Hopeton Rodgers and Pete DiBernardo.

Freddie Butler was appointed as an Ambassador to the Jamaican Football Federation for the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup that will conclude with the final tomorrow evening. Over the last 3 weeks, our Mako Soccer Club coaches were integrated into the Jamaican National Team camp that saw them travel with the team to Chicago, St. Louis, Cincinnati and Las Vegas. Our coaches attended and participated in coaches meetings, players meetings, training sessions and of course all of the games.

A huge thank you to Head Coach Heimir Hallgrimsson, (who had visited Mako April 11th and spent the evening on the fields with our competitive players) for allowing our coaches this amazing opportunity to be a part of what was going on. All of the Jamaican coaches, staff and players welcomed our coaches very warmly and integrated them into the team.
