Ron has spent 7 accomplished years with Riverhead Soccer Club and was one of the visionaries and founders behind East End FC in 2012. Ron has been an integral part of bringing the highest level of trainers and the best developmental programs for our young players. He has played soccer since he was able to walk, and he has always wanted to be involved in bringing soccer to the youth in his community. He is very excited to be able to be working side by side with other like-minded soccer nuts here at East End FC, and he hopes to continue to build the professionalism of the Club and put soccer on the map on the East End.
Ron is married with two daughters who share in his passion for the game. Ron is an accomplished coach and trainer who carries a National "C" coaching license. Ron's coaching philosophy is that the only way to keep evolving as a soccer player is to keep playing as long as you are capable. "Soccer is such a simple game but difficult to play simple."

Mike who is our newest member of the Board is a sports fanatic and has found his roots back in soccer. He grew up on Long Island and played in LIJSL for Sachem Soccer Club. In his High School years Mike's family moved to Florida where he was recruited by the University of Central Florida. He played for UCF for 2 years and then transferred to Stony Brook University to play out the remainder of his collegiate career. Mike embraces the vision of East End FC to promote high level soccer in our community and has little tolerance for people who say they do not have time to train every day.
Mike is an accomplished coach, referee and trainer who has worked many LIJSL camps as well as worked side by side with Rich Flaim in building the 1v1 Soccer Academy. When he is not on the soccer field, Mike enjoys keeping his 3 children highly active or serenading his wife with karaoke.

Cindy has been involved with Riverhead Soccer Club and now EEFC for 4 and 1/2 years. She has been a team manager of multiple soccer teams during her time with the Club. The second day after starting with RSC she was drafted to be her son's team manager with and then when her daughter joined she became her team's managers each year. Those roles continue to evolve as the Club grows and we add more responsibilities to our Team Managers. Cindy enjoys helping the kids in any way she can and is a great liaison between the coaches and the parents of this organization. A year and 1/2 ago, she was asked to join the board and volunteer even more of her time. Cindy is a professional bookkeeper for her family's farm and keeps all the "ducks" in a row.
Cindy is married with 4 active kids. Her main job is to keep all the EEFC soccer nuts grounded. She didn't know alot about the game of soccer when she was recruited that second day but she has come a long way in a short time and is learning everyday.

Barbara has been involved with Riverhead Soccer Club and now EEFC for 5 years and has been recently elected to the board. She has been a team manager during her time with the Club. Barbara has been involved with fund raising, applying for grants and is also the editor of the EEFC Yearbook. Barbara is married with 2 active kids Megan and Liam who both play on multiple teams.
