Flag Football Foundational Training

Get ready for the flag football season!
Join us at the FCA Performance Center for a 6-week, high-energy training program where young athletes will build confidence, athletic skills, and character.

When: Tuesdays, 6:30–7:30 PM
Dates: March 10, 17, 24, 31 | April 7, 14
Cost: $100 per athlete


What Your Athlete Will Learn:

Flag Pulling – Master the fundamentals of defense!
Catching Skills – Track the ball, improve hands, and catch with confidence.
Route Running – Learn spacing, timing, and proper cuts for the game.
Speed & Agility – Quick starts, change of direction, and game-ready movement.
Ball Security – Protect the football in every play.
Teamwork & Character – Weekly short devotionals and lessons in effort, respect, and leadership.

Sibling Discount: Families will receive a $10 discount for each additional child registered.
