Little League Softball Resources

Little League Softball continues to grow across New Hampshire, with softball charters available for communities interested in expanding opportunities for their players. If your area does not currently offer a Little League Softball program, we are happy to work with you to develop one from the ground up. For organizations currently chartered under another program—such as Babe Ruth or USA Softball—we can also assist with a smooth transition to Little League. Support is available through both in-person and virtual meetings to help guide your league every step of the way.

Benefits of Chartering with Little League

  • Structured, Proven Program
Little League offers a well-established structure with personalized support from dedicated District Administrators who bring years of experience and are committed to helping your girls succeed.

  • Clear, Consistent Rules
A standardized rule book ensures consistency from town to town, eliminating the need to learn different local rules for every opponent and creating a fair, uniform playing experience.

  • Flexible Interleague Play
Leagues have the option to keep their program fully in-house or participate in interleague play with neighboring towns, providing flexibility based on league size and goals.

  • Defined Regular Season
A traditional 12-game regular spring season provides a balanced and predictable schedule for players, families, and league officials.

  • Tournament Opportunities (Ages 8–16)
Little League offers tournament play beginning at age 8, with advancement opportunities at the District, State, Regional, and World Series levels.

  • Growth & Community Focused
Little League emphasizes player development, sportsmanship, and community involvement while providing pathways for long-term program growth.
