👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 PARENT/GUARDIAN CODE OF CONDUCT

As a parent/guardian, I agree to:

1. Be a positive role model by demonstrating good sportsmanship, respect, and encouragement to all players, coaches, referees, and spectators.

2. Refrain from coaching or yelling instructions from the sideline during games or practices. Let the coaches coach.

3. Respect all referees and league officials. I understand they are learning and doing their best to create a fair and safe experience.

4. Support all players on the field — not just my own child.

5. Discuss concerns privately with coaches or league staff, not in front of players or during games.

6. Follow all league rules, including safety policies, behavior expectations, and division placement based on current grade.

7. Encourage fun and skill development over a "win-at-all-costs" mentality.

8. Ensure my child arrives on time for practices and games, and is picked up promptly.

9. Refrain from negative comments about other players, coaches, referees, or parents — in person or online.

10. Volunteer when possible to support the team or league.

🚨 Violation of this Code may result in warnings, removal from games, or suspension from the league without refund.

🏃‍♂️ PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT

As a player, I agree to:

1. Have fun and give my best effort at every practice and game.

2. Respect my coaches, teammates, referees, opponents, and spectators.

3. Play by the rules and follow directions from coaches and referees.

4. Use appropriate language — no trash talk, name-calling, or arguing.

5. Be a good teammate — encourage others, include everyone, and avoid blame or criticism.

6. Take care of my gear — including my jersey and flag belt.

7. Never fight, push, or intentionally hurt others — physically or emotionally.

8. Listen, learn, and ask for help if I don’t understand something.

9. Be humble in victory and gracious in defeat.

10. Represent my team and league proudly at all times.

🚨 Failure to follow this Code may result in reduced playing time, removal from games, or dismissal from the league.

All players and parents/guardians are required to read and agree to this Code of Conduct during the registration process. Your participation in the league is your agreement to abide by these expectations.
