There is no need to pre-order any longer (easier day of process)

 These orders will ship straight to the orderers house within a week of ordering (no need to coordinate pick up!)

  I will send out three emails - that's it- one when the site is live for ordering, one when it's 2 weeks to the deadline, and 1 on the last day to order. I will never spam 

 I am doing multiple clubs on the two days for this and there will be two photographers so time to process is really quick! 

 Also there are so many less errors because the grownups get to see the photos before ordering to ensure they are getting the right kid and check things like spelling and team names etc. (This is what I am most excited about) 

 We will be over by the Baseball fields a little further down the line. It is my hope that with this we can avoid the people who walk behind when we are trying to take photos. Look for the TENT. 

 Please be sure to tell your parents to be there and ready at least 5 minutes prior to your signed up time. This means shoes, hair etc all done and ready, we won't have time for touch-ups during photos. 

On photo day I will have a roster and I need a coach to help send the players in the roster order and check off names. This is integral to making this whole process quick and easy 

We will take all individuals first and then the group photo. This helps keep every name matched on the roster. 

  Since we will need to eat lunch, we have a break from 1215-12:45
