About Erica: With a background in youth sports, leadership development, and dance instruction, Erica brings a passion for building confidence and community through team-based activities. She joined FCBA Cheer in the 2024–25 season, helping athletes develop foundational cheer skills while supporting basketball games and league events. Erica emphasizes positivity, sportsmanship, and belonging, creating a fun and structured environment for cheerleaders of all skill levels. When she’s not on the court or coaching, Erica works in training and development in higher education. She’s also a proud supporter of local athletics and believes deeply in the power of youth programs to shape confident, compassionate leaders.
