Medical releases are to be completed every year, and children may not participate until they are completed.

Boundary Verifications must be completed every year for children 8+.  You may show proof one of two ways residency or school enrollment. 
Residency requires 3 proofs, one from each category listed in the checklist. 

Residency documents & school enrollment forms will need to be uploaded into your account. If you are having any issues please reach out via FB messenger for the quickest response or via email [email protected] 

Players outside the League boundaries may apply for a waiver, they are time sensitive, please reach out ASAP if you are needing to apply.
