2025 Multi-Skills Sports Program K/1 (Northside Primary Only)

Hello to All!

PYSO is beginning a new 5 Week Program at Northside Primary School for all Northside girls and boys in Kindergarten or 1st Grade.

Important Info re: the Multi-Skills Sports Program

Registration Dates: Jan. 13 - March 16, 2025 Start/Close Dates: Wed., March 19 - April 17, 2025 (5 Weeks)
Max Limit: 25 per Grade Level; 1st Grade - T & Th; Kindergarten - Wed.
Registrations will close when Max Limit is reached (therefore, it may be earlier than March 16th!)
If not enough registrants, parents will be contacted by Monday, March 15, 2025 to inform them of the situation along with notice of an upcoming reimbursement.
Online Registration only. No Birth Certificates needed.
Cost: 1st Graders - $35 Kindergarten - $25
Starting Date: March 18, 2025
Program begins IMMEDIATELY after school (will not leave after school).
Participants MUST BE PICKED UP by 5:15 PM as the Program ends at 5:00. (Car pick-up on the Cafeteria Side of the Building)
For Safety Reasons, no parent or non-participant will be allowed in the building during the Program.
DISCLAIMER: This Program is NOT FOR ALL STUDENTS as all young athletes develop at different rates. Athletes must be DEVELOPMENTALLY READY to WORK at improving their athletic skills, competing, and giving their maximum effort throughout the Program. If a participant displays unacceptable behavior and/or is deemed not developmentally ready for the expectations of the Program, parents will be contacted and provided a prorated reimbursement. Students may try again the following year!

This Multi-Sports Program will focus on allowing our youth to explore the fundamentals of sports in a non-competitive & competitive environment while participating in a developmentally-appropriate setting while having FUN in the process! An additional emphasis on basketball skills will be included.

This Program will use sports as a catalyst to EMPOWER kids to discover their inner strength & athletic abilities as all participants will be completely involved with the sporting equipment, coaching, and activities. KEY PHYSICAL MOTOR SKILLS will be focused on.

Each session will directly address the importance of sportsmanship, respect, cooperation and commitment to their chosen sporting activities in their life.
