1st & 2nd Grade Boys Winter Basketball League

Who: Any boy living in the Canton Local School District in 1st or 2nd grade
What: Players will have one or two, 1-hour practices during the week and then play three 15-minute games on Saturdays.
Players will be put into teams and will play against teams from Perry and Fairless.
When: Six consecutive Saturdays beginning January 3 through February 7, 2026
Where: Canton South High School Auxiliary Gym, Lohr Elementary in Perry, and Fairless Elementary
Cost: $40 (includes reversible jersey for games that players will keep)
Program staff: Matt Trissel will facilitate the program for Canton South

Games will be played on 8 foot hoops and use a 27.5 inch basketball. All games will be officiated by certified officials.
Registration will open on October 15, 2026.
