You can now submit manager/coach interest forms for the Spring 2026 season, click on the
link to complete the form. All requirements below must be completed prior to being assigned to a team.
NOTE: Not all submissions will be guaranteed a team manager assignment. Manager assignments are approved by the Board of Directors each season and prior assignment does not guarantee future placement. Team assignments will be considered by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Mission of PLL, Little League rules and require successful completion of the 2026 Volunteer Application, Background Screening, and training requirements.
To be assigned to a team ALL Interested Managers are REQUIRED to:
2) Register as a Head Coach in our registration system (required to upload a photo of your government-issued photo ID, such as driver's license, in order to verify/complete background check in the next step.)
3) Complete Volunteer Application and Background Check (annual requirement). You will receive a link from JDP (
[email protected]) with the subject line "PACHAPPA LITTLE LEAGUE Background Questionnaire Notification," typically within 24-48 hours, after you register with a background check questionnaire and volunteer application. Please
email if you have any questions about the background check process.
4) Complete required Safety Trainings and upload PDF of corresponding Certificate of Completion to our registration portal. These trainings can be completed before or after you register; however, if you complete after then you will need to come back and upload them to your profile.

Under "Overview" you should see "HEADS UP to Youth Sports Coaches: Online Concussion Training - Take the Training". Click the link to take the training. You will create a free account to complete the training. Start by completing the pre-assessment before proceeding with the rest of the training content and post-assessment. Upload the certificate to your registration profile.

This course, which serves as a replacement for the programs previously available through third-party organizations like USA Baseball, is custom to the Little League program and provides an easier learning experience for our volunteers. Required to be completed by all volunteers each year, this course is available as part of the training and education courses at
LittleLeague.org/Training, making signing up for the course even easier for our volunteers.

5) Complete a Live Scan Fingerprinting. PLL will communicate additional details on an PLL-hosted event or completing on your own.
Manager placements will be finalized and approved by the Board (typically no later than July for Fall and January for Spring). Only interested managers that complete all requirements will be considered for placement.
