Anyone 13 years and older can take the certification course.  

Please visit these links to register for a class through the US Soccer Learning Center- be sure you are choosing certifications for New Jersey- this is a state wide certification- once certified please reference the REFEREE ASSIGNOR list and reach out directly to them, they schedule all travel clubs/games in the state.
