The ELB Sub List was created for all ELB teams to have the opportunity of play time to avoid forfeits. Rules and Regulations regarding subs are as follows: 

1. If you need a sub for your game, you MUST go through the player agent : [email protected] 
2. Please give 3+ hour notice for the player agent and/or president to make calls to find a sub. This will require coaches to be diligent in reaching out to parents on their team to confirm they have a full team that day. If less than 3 hours notice, and a sub is not found, it will be ruled a forfeit. Teams can still play, but count as a forfeit for official rules. 
3. DO NOT go out and contact families on your own. If a manager has questions about a kid on the subs list, please reach out ASAP to the player agent or president.
4. the amount of subs you can have on your team is maximum 2 kids. 
5. Sub(s) will bat last and play outfield. If you have ONE sub, that sub must play right field. If you have TWO subs, they must play left and right field only. They will bat 8th and 9th in the order. 

please note: If a kid is playing as a sub that’s not on the list, it will be an automatic forfeit.
