PENDING UPDATE AND APPROVAL FROM THE BOARD

The Sub Up Program is where a current Lyndon player in their last year of eligibility in a league/division is eligible to play on a team in the next highest age group as a sub under the following rules and procedures:

PLAYERS RULES AND POLICIES

1. The player MUST be in their last year of eligibility for their current league.  
2. The player MUST submit and complete the form to request to participate in the Sub Up program.
3. The General Manager reserves the right to exclude any player with a written explanation to the family.
4. Players that sub up WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PITCH.
5. Players cannot play in a sub up game if that game is played at the same time as their regular league game.
6. Players can request to not play for a particular coach.
7. Upon the request from a coach, an email will go out  to the eligible players.

COACHES RULES AND POLICIES

1. The coach MUST use the form to request players every time they need players.
2. The coach is not permitted to contact/recruit/play players without using the official form.
3. The coach may request the number of players they need to fill a team of 9 players to not exceed three (3).**
4. It is understood that, on occasion, a player may show up that was previously expected to not show.  If the team that is using a sub up player has more than 9 players, each player must be played according to the league rules.
