Coach/Umpire Requirements
Step 1 - Gather the following:
- Picture of your Driver’s License
- Child Abuse Clearance
- Must be current within the last 5 years
- Click here to either create an account to begin a new application or login to your account to access a prior application or submit a new application
- Pennsylvania State Background Check
- Must be current within the last 5 years
- Click here and follow the steps here for a new record check
- FBI Clearance
- If you have lived within PA for the last 10 years. Print sign this form
- If you have lived outside PA at some point in the last 10 years, you must complete the FBI fingerprinting process that will require you to pay a small fee and go to an IdentoGo location. Instructions here.
Step 2 – Register as Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or Umpire on the LGLL Website.
- Complete registration process on the website and upload materials from Step 1.

NO COACH OR UMPIRE IS PERMITTED TO HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH THEIR TEAM OR UMPIRE A GAME UNTIL ALL STEPS ARE COMPLETED AND THE VOLUNTEER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED BY LOWER GWYNEDD LITTLE LEAGUE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN APPROVED TO BE ON THE FIELD
