2024 Spring Vikings Flag Football Clinic

Minnesota Vikings Flag Football Clinic

This is an exclusive offering for our Vikings Flag Football Spring League participants. Each player must be registered and participating in the current 2024 Spring season at any location to participate in the clinic.

Please join us on June 1st, 2024 at the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center at 2600 Vikings Circle, Eagan, MN 55121.

Please wear your assigned 2024 Spring Minnesota Vikings jersey and flag belt to the event. Please note that in addition, all participants are required to wear mouthguards and wear shorts/pants with no pockets! Each session will consist of a dynamic warm-up and interactive stations to enhance flag football skills.

The day will look like the following:

Session 1 - 8:30 a.m.

8:00 a.m. Check-In

8:30 a.m. Station Work (Rotating every 8 minutes)

9:50 a.m. Closing remarks

9:55 a.m. Clear indoor facility

Session 2 - 10:45 a.m.

10:15 a.m. Check-In

10:45 a.m. Station Work (Rotating every 8 minutes)

12:05 p.m. Closing remarks

12:10 p.m. Clear indoor facility

Session 3 - 1:30 p.m.

1:00 p.m. Check-In

1:30 p.m. Station Work (Rotating every 8 minutes)

2:50 p.m. Closing remarks

2:55 p.m. Clear indoor facility
