The Catholic Metro Flag Football League is a recreational program for boys Kindergarten - 8th grade in the Atlanta area. We strive to have 100% volunteer led teams. CMFF provides a framework of rules, schedules and officials to coordinate a K - 8th grade season in the Winter.

NOTE: This league is run by Catholic Metro Sports and is not affiliated with Blessed Trinity High school. Teams based at BT are made up of kids from the surrounding area. This program is open to everyone meeting the age/gender requirements

Games will be on Sundays from the January - March

WAITLIST PROCESS

Wait lists form when we reach the maximum number of players for a team and they are released when we reach the minimum for forming a 2nd team. It is highly likely that you will be placed on a team. Below shows the process.

Max is 10 players and minimum is 8

Waitlist forms at 11 for the next 8 players

Our goal is to accommodate everyone and the waitlist process helps create a sense of urgency as we need to have teams formed before the registration deadline.

CMS K-8th Flag Football 2024

Catholic Metro Sports - K-8th Grade Flag Football Program

NOTE: This league is run by Catholic Metro Sports and is not affiliated with Blessed Trinity High school.

The Catholic Metro Sports Kindergarten-8th grade Flag Football program is open to all students and parishioners within the Archdiocese of Atlanta.

Divisions: There will be four divisions available

For flag football, the size of the ball should be appropriate for the age group to ensure the players can handle it comfortably. Here are the recommended sizes for each division:

PEE WEE : K/1st Grade Division (Ages 5-7): Ball Size: Size 5 (Pee Wee)

JUNIOR : 2nd/3rd Grade Division (Ages 8-9): Ball Size: Size 6 (Junior)

YOUTH : 4th/5th Grade Division (Ages 10-11): Ball Size : Size 7 (Youth)

INTERMEDIATE : 6th-8th Grade Division (Ages 12-14): Ball Size: Size 8 (Intermediate)

Program Description : Participants will be organized into teams with 10 kids from several parishes. Practices will be 45 minutes followed by 45 minutes of games will be every Sunday with a tournament at the end of the season.

Registration begins on 11/15 and ends on 12/10

Games will be on Sundays afternoons on the following dates:

Cost: $200 (includes a jersey, shorts and socks)

Please note the following refund processes for cancellations after registration:

A $20 refund fee will be charged for cancellations before 12/15; a $40 refund fee will be charged for cancellations between 12/16 and 1/4; and no refunds will be allowed after 1/5.
