1. Registration Fees: Registration fees cover administrative costs, facility rentals, jerseys, flags, and other expenses associated with organizing the flag football season. Refund requests for registration fees will be considered according to the following timeline:

• Full Refund: Requests made within 7 days of initial registration.
• Partial Refund: Requests made more than 7 days after registration but before the start of the season, with a deduction of 20% for administrative and processing fees.
• No Refund: Refund requests made after the start of the season will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Extenuating Circumstances: In the event of extenuating circumstances such as a medical condition, injury, or other unforeseen situations, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required for consideration.

3. Missed Sessions: Refunds will not be provided for missed practices, games, or events within the flag football season. We encourage participants to attend all scheduled activities to fully benefit from the league experience.

4. Season Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the entire flag football season is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., government regulations, natural disasters), a prorated refund may be offered based on the number of sessions completed.
