The Gray team formed in August of 2022 for the 2022/2023 baseball season. Gray is the third travel baseball team formed by EYO for players born on or after 5/1/2010. Their 12 man roster is made up of players from Elkridge, Hanover, Columbia, and Ellicott City.

Their experienced coaching staff has two former collegiate baseball players and high school coaches. Head coach, Collin Bednar, has registered his team to play in the Piedmont division of the M.A.B.A. travel league. Gray will take on teams from Howard County, Carroll County, Montgomery County, and Frederick County in league play. 

Gray will also participate in three local tournaments, the Severn Spring Break Tournament at Severn Danza Park, the EYO Stars and Strikes Tournament, and the AYRA High Heat Tournament. Gray will cap off the year playing in the Midwest Summer Rumble at Sports Force Parks Cedar Point Sports Center in Sandusky, Ohio.

The team is focused on player development, fostering an appreciation for the game, and creating a positive player experience. Their goal is to create lifelong baseball enthusiasts who are equipped to compete at the high school level and beyond.
