**Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time slot for sign in and warm up. **
**Please have player properly equipped with glove/ helmet/ cleats and a protective cup (males). **
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLAYER EVALUATIONS
IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED:
- Go directly to the Registration table and pick-up an application and fill out.
- While you fill out the application, send your child to the Evaluation table. See the instructions below.
- Return to the Registration table with the completed application. If your child is evaluated and we don’t have your application, the league will not be able to place your child on a team. We need an application to completely register your child.
- The Registrar will then determine your fees.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED:
- Go directly to the Evaluation table.
- Check-in with Player Agent and receive your tryout number. Your tryout number does not reflect the order in which you will try out.
- Line-up in waiting area (first come, first serve). You will come out in groups of 5-7.
If you would like to make a payment on the balance of your registration fees, please proceed to the Registration table.
