General Info:
Our high school day camp runs from 1:30PM - 5:00PM Monday through Thursday and is for females entering grades 9-12 in the fall of 2023. This camp is designed to teach the fundamentals of volleyball and to provide an opportunity for skill development! Throughout camp, our staff will provide campers with opportunities to develop in the areas of: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and individual defense. At the end of the session we will finish with some 6v6 play to practice the skills learned earlier in the day. Every afternoon, a member of our staff will share a "thought of the day" as encouragement to start the session. Our camp is dedicated to providing instructional and enjoyable experiences for every camper in attendance!
High School Daily Schedule:
1:30-1:40pm Opening/Thought for the day
1:40-4:00pm Stations/Skill Work
4:00-4:15pm Snack Break
4:15-5:00pm Game Play
What to bring:
• Bring a water bottle from home each morning.
• Snacks--Drink and Snack Food of your choice
• Kneepads/Volleyball or Running Shoes
Housing and Meals:
There will be no housing or meals offered at this high school day camp.
Athletic Training:
There will be a Certified Athletic Trainer present at all times at the camp. The trainer will be available to meet with you at registration if you have any questions or preexisting injuries.

Our website vendor has now added a $3 service fee for every transaction. If you sign up multiple campers at the same time you only pay the one $3 service fee per transaction.
