What To Expect Next
The Mid-Winter 2024 Season will be here before you know it! We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support. Communication is key to ensure the success of the league. Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails with information you will need this season. Due to this being a mass email system, please check your filters to make sure that messages do not get lost in your junk mail folder.
Included are answers to some common questions you may have. If you have any others, please give us a call at 602-767-0490 or you can email us at info@deandrehopkinsnflflag.com Mid-Winter registration opens October 9th and closes December 10th. After the registration deadline, late registration is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Once registration is full, we will build a waitlist and fill openings from the waitlist on a first come - first served basis. A $10.00 increase in registration may apply and you will be placed on any team that has openings in your grade division. Buddy requests are less likely to be met during late registration. |

Important Dates:
October 9th: Mid-winter registration begins
December 10th: Registration closes, last day for guaranteed placement on a team. Late registration is based upon availability. Final payment plan payment is due.
December 11th - 22nd: We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules and more during this time.
December 22nd: All rosters will be posted no later than 12/22/2023.
January 5th: All schedules will be posted no later than 1/5/2024.
January 10th @ 7pm: Mandatory Virtual Coaches Meeting online, for all coaches and managers, all locations. Volunteers will receive a team shirt and a game ball prior to the season start.
January 13th/14th: Meet & Greet day and first practice! Time and location posted by January 14 under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS on landing page. Teams will meet the coach, and participate in the first practice. Bring your mouth guard, jersey and flags! Scottsdale league will not have a Meet & Greet.
January 20th/21st: 1st Day of games. Practice is held 1 hour PRIOR to game time listed each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES / STANDINGS. Picture Days begin. Check your league location picture schedule under Schedules/Standings, Picture Schedule.
March 2nd/3rd: Last game day of the season. Final Lombardi and Shula Games - follow posted schedule, Madden playoff & Championship game berths and times are based upon season standings and will be posted by February 28th.
EQUIPMENT:
*Jerseys, Flag Belts and any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration will be shipped directly to your home.
*Shorts and/or sweatpants without pockets are to be worn during games. If a participant wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down
*Participants can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers.
MERCHANDISE CONCERNS:
If you are missing anything, ordered or received the wrong sizes, or have any questions regarding your merchandise, PLEASE FILL OUT A MERCHANDISE INQUIRY TICKET (CLICK HERE). All customized jerseys and mouth guards are a final sale.

WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH?
We are hosting our virtual coaches meeting January 5, 2023, at 7pm. You should hear from your coach no later than January 6th.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EQUIPMENT?
Once we complete putting teams together, we will ship the rosters to our inventory department who will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player. You should expect your NFL FLAG jersey, flag belts, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouth guard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
