About Bear Creek Little League
Bear Creek Little League was founded in 1990 with the mission to provide healthy activity for children using the ball field as a classroom to instill discipline, team work, sportsmanship and fair play, and to establish a set of values to guide them into adulthood. The program has seen many of its players go on to play collegiate baseball and some individuals have even become professional baseball players. For more information, visit bearcreekll.com.
For twenty seven years, the Bear Creek Little League has provided the opportunity for Houston families to connect and for children to come together in a healthy, safe environment to learn the values of team sports and the fundamentals of baseball and softball.
“Knowing how important baseball is in the lives of so many children in our communities, the Bear Creek Little League is working hard to make sure that every child who wants to play is able to,” said Fred Haranada, President of Bear Creek Little League. “It is so important to create a sense of normalcy for kids affected by the storm. We are raising the money needed to rebuild the program and provide sponsorships for any family who is unable to afford the dues for the upcoming spring season.”
The local Little League depends upon local sponsorships and donations to continue its mission. To make a tax deductible, monetary donation, visit paypal.me/bearcreekll.
