CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
Our cancellation fees are based on expenses we incur to make and take player reservations, purchase supplies based on our team sizes, receive and refund payments, and most importantly commitment to our rented spaces.
• After player evaluations in any season that Swansea Youth Volleyball holds, a $25 deposit will be retained to cover processing and administrative costs for EACH child canceled. The remaining refund will be issued if the request is received prior to the first scheduled practice of that season.
• Due to facility rentals and uniform purchases based on player numbers , No refunds will be granted for any child after the first week of practice in any season. The exception is only to be had in the event of extreme illness and the child has not attended any SYVL practice with a doctor's note provided.
• If a refund request is made prior to evaluations, a full refund may be issued. A three dollar processing fee will be withheld for each credit card transaction.
• No refunds for late registration fees for any reason. This fee is not associated with general registration costs and will not be issued as a refund with any registration refund given for requests received prior to the first game of the season.
• Because we commit to our locations, coaches, and teams, and review supply needs with each player reservation, we are not obligated to refund for illness or injury.
