Fall 2025 Football

Welcome to the Fall 2025 Football season

You will need the following items for registration:
  1. Copy of birth certificate
  2. upload a 2x2 head shot photo to portal (no sun glasses, hats or hoodies)
  3. 4th marking period or 3rd trimester report card( physical copy to be turned into registration staff)
  4. 2025 parent contract
  5. 2025 youth medical history

All signatures are done electronically online. All Payments must be made by 8/1/2025. Early registration allows you to make a customized payment plan.

Welcome to the Geddes-Westvale knights fall cheer program

you will need the following items for registration:
Birth Certificate
2x2 Head shot photo (no sunglasses, hats, or hoodies) uploaded to portal
4th quarter or 3rd trimester report card (complete report card to be handed in to registration staff)
Jr. Tiny mite only( please see registration staff for report card waiver)
completed player contract (signed in portal)
completed health form (signed in portal)
