Welcome to the 2023 Mamba family. We don’t use the word family lightly. We consider ourselves much more than a sports organization. You are now apart of our family. 


About Our founder:   
Reggie Rusk played football for the University of Kentucky and continued his football career as a NFL cornerback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Seattle Seahawks and San Diego Chargers . Since 2007, Coach Reggie has inspired many young student athletes from the area to attend college, Start careers and become better versions of themselves.

Purple Package $250
(2 Mamba uniforms & Mamba Backpack)
Gold Package $400
(2 Mamba uniforms, Mamba jump suit, Mamba Backpack and Helmet)

Package does not include tournament fees. Fees will be split by each athlete.  Parents are also able to purchase gear if interested. We will also have fundraising to help sponsor our last big tournament in April to help cut cost. Payments are due by January 2nd and must be in full before uniforms are issued.  We will place orders the week of the 8th in January. Uniforms are customized so time is very important/limited.

Travel: 
Parents are responsible for traveling cost. Gas, food , hotel. If an athletes parent isn’t able to travel, please make arrangements, (carpool, food ect) I’m sure we can all come together in regards to transportation if needed. 

 
Behavior:
There is absolutely no fighting tolerated at tournaments. We have a 0 tolerance for violence, bullying stealing & disrespect. Your character stretches beyond the field. 

Team Bonding: 
We will offer team Bonding events periodically throughout the season. This is for the kids to enjoy each other. It’s not mandatory but we hope everyone takes advantage. 
 

High school Athletes: 
We will offer recruiting help, social media marketing as well as college readiness. We expect attendance if available since these programs are to help you complete your recruiting goals. 

 
Media:
if any parent has an issue with their child appearing on social media , let us know. We have influence media capturing our season. It gives the kids a since of fulfillment and excitement to see themselves doing great things. If you’re interested in a special highlight video of your son please arrange early so Brooke can save clips. (Extra cost for highlight video) 
 

Practice :
As of now, practice will be on Tues/Thurs evenings unless told otherwise. Practice is very very important to the development of each player. Please have your child there on time. If you’re not 15 mins early , you’re late. 


Group chat: 
There are two group chats. Players and parents. We expect athletes to be attentive to communication in chat. There is no excuse for missing information. We will update everyone with any up to the minute changes.  To keep the group chat free of confusion, message individually with personal questions that do not represent everyone on the teams. If you have a question other parents may need to know, write in the group. If your questions is pertaining to your child, message individually. 

2023 Spring NFL Flag Football

Welcome to the Inaugural Spring TLA Flag Football Season!

Season Dates: June 3rd - July 17th

Playoffs: July 22nd / Championship: July 29th

Registration ends: June 1st

Late Registration: $25 fee

Grades 1-9

TLA Tikes (1st grade - 3rd grade)
TLA North (4th grade - 6th grade)
TLA South (7th grade - 9th grade)

Program Fees

Grades 1-9 5v5 non-contact, competitive flag football. Co-Ed and Girls Only Teams forming. If there are not enough girls to form a team of 6-7 players, Co-Ed and Girls will be combined.

Divisions by Grade: At time of enrollment (2023-2024 school year) 

1 - 3 | 4 - 6 | 7 - 9

Divisions vary based on participation. Grades will be consolidated if there are not enough players to complete a team.

Volunteers:

Our program relies on parents, family, and other community volunteers to coach, officiate* or manage teams. We encourage all parties interested in volunteering to do so during the registration process.

Roster Assignments:

Your player will not be assigned to a team until after the 5/21/2023.

There will be no practices until teams are assigned.

You will receive an email once your player is allocated to a team.

FAMILY DISCOUNT:

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $10 discount on all additional children after the first child is registered. All players must be registered under the same parent account.
