We are a local, family owned, no contact, youth flag football league.  We are dedicated to teaching children life skills through flag football while learning the fundamentals of football and lessons of sportsmanship and teamwork. Central Valley NFL Flag leagues are seasonal throughout the year!

Games & Practices are conveniently held on the same day. Leagues lengths vary consisting of  a team sport for boys & girls ages 6-12. Real game-time experiences with coaches & referees, music, skill challenges, introduction to football fundamentals, play-offs, league awards & much more. No Tryouts! The only area league where players wear official NFL game gear.
