Refund Policy
WYS will not honor refund requests except for the following reasons (1) A season ending injury incurred before the start of the season, brought to the attention of WYS before the start of the season; (2) Any other health or safety-related issue, brought to the attention of WYS before the start of the season; (3) if WYS is unable to place the player on a team for any reason and therefore the child is unable to play for that season. Late fees are not refundable. A $17 processing fee will be deducted from each refund to cover already incurred registration costs.
If you feel that you have a valid refund request, please email [email protected].   Your refund request will be presented before the WYS Board at the monthly board meeting.  A decision will be rendered and you will be notified.
 
Late Fees
It is the policy of WYS that late fees will NOT be waived.  If you believe that you have a valid reason to have your late fee waived you may email [email protected] .  Your request for a late fee waiver will be presented before the WYS Board at the monthly board meeting.  A decision will be rendered and you will be notified.
