At FYBA an emphasis is placed on learning the fundamentals of baseball & helping players & teams realize their potential through the values of hard work, commitment, teamwork & sportsmanship, in hopes that these qualities will carry over to all facets of life. We have decided to carry over those points of emphasis and make a strong effort to enhance our presence in the "Select" / "Travel" world of Baseball moving forward. "Select" baseball has grown tremendously over the last few years and our hope is by extending ourselves into that world we can continue to develop and manage our coach's and players and make sure they stay focused on the right things.

All coaches must submit a manager's application & background check to the FYBA Board of Directors before being assigned a team. In addition all head coaches, assistant coaches & team managers have had proper concussion, abuse and sudden cardiac arrest training.
