Meet Our Coaches

Debbie Horn



Hi, I'm coach Debbie and I've had the pleasure of coaching for 10+ years in many different kids sports. This will be my 4th year coaching cheer and I'm so excited to help all your cheerleaders grow their skills and their love for cheer. I've lived in Spirit Lake for 7 years now and absolutely love this area. I'm excited to coach my veteran cheerleaders as well as meet new ones this fall season!



Heather Jezek

Hey there, I’m coach Heather! I have had the privilege of coaching T-ball, soccer, volleyball, and cheer over the past few years. I am excited to coach your daughter(s) in cheer again this year and I am looking forward to an amazing season!



Tiffany Hougardy



Tiffany Hougardy is heading into her 3rd year as head coach for sideline cheer and this will be her 2nd year with Timberlake Jr tackle. She lives in Spirit Lake with her husband Jim, daughter Avery (4th Grade) and son Kaden (2nd Grade). When she isn't coaching cheer you can find her running her hat company, working their family farm, on the boat or at another sporting event. 

Jennifer Cummings Kinsey



This year will be my 4th year coaching young kids, my second year coaching the Timberlake jr. Tackle cheer squad and competition team. I've learned that not all kids learn in the same ways, and as a coach i strive to reach EVERY child individually.  I'm excited to catch up with the girls we worked with last year, and thrilled to meet the incoming girls as well! With a little hard work, determination and a whole lot of fun, we're bound to have a fantastic season.



Mackenzie Hill



Hi I’m Coach Mackenzie and I am the Timberlake Jr Cheer competition coach. I have done cheer for 5 years and competitive cheer for 3. This year will be my second year coaching the competition team and I couldn’t be more excited! 


Shawna Desens

 

I’m Coach Shawna! I was a cheerleader in high school for four years and have coached for TLJC for two years. I’ve lived here in Spirit Lake for 7 years with my husband and four children ages 22, 20, 13 and 9 years old. I’m so excited to be back this cheer season to work with both veteran and new cheerleaders! GO TIGERS!
