Game Equipment: 

• Uniform. Sweatshirts without zippers, buttons, or anything that would potentially snag with other players can be worn underneath the uniform. If hooded, the hood must be tucked into the uniform.
• Shorts. Should be a uniform color with the rest of the team (usually black). Sweatpants without zippers, buttons, or anything that would potentially snag with other players can be worn underneath the shorts.
• Shin guards. Should be an appropriate material (rubber, plastic, polyurethane or similar substance; NOT metal) and provide a reasonable degree of protection.
• Socks. Should be knee length and comletely cover the shin guards. Both socks must match.
• Appropriate footwear. Soccer-style cleats are preferred. Toe spikes and sharp-edged cleats are prohibited. Gym shoes are acceptable but not recommended.
• Water. Water (or other appropriate substance such as Gatorade, Powerade, etc.) in sufficient quantities according to the weather.

• Prohibited Items. Jewelry. Casts (aside from air-casts). Knee braces without appropriate padding.

Practice Equipment:

Practice/Game Schedules: 

• Coaches will provide both practice and game schedules. These may depend upon coach, field, or player availability. Generally, games will occur on Saturdays (morning until early afternoon) and Sundays (afternoon). Rescheduled games may fall outside these typical days/times, and the coaches are responsible for communicating to the players and parents.
• Insofar as practicing in inclement weather, no player or coach will be allowed on the fields if life-threatening weather is occurring (lightning, high winds, etc.). Otherwise it is the coach's discretion as to whether practices get cancelled.
• Referees will provide the final word concerning playing during inclement weather for games.
