- Complete Registration Online
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $100
Items needed to complete registration for the season:
(MUST be completed by June 30th)
- Payment paid in full
- Upload a copy of Original Birth Certificate
- 2×3 Head shot photo (no hats, sunglasses)
- A copy of the complete prior school year's final Report Card that includes all 4 quarters.
**Without the above items completed, your child's spot in the league is not guaranteed and they will not be added to a roster.**
